I am certified to teach history, government, geography, and economics in the state of Texas. My tutoring expertise enables me to help students in these areas, while I can also assist with writing up to the AP level, essay editing, and social studies. History has been an interest since I was young. I now share my passion with students and make it more interesting than remembering dates and names. Traveling to Europe and experiencing new cultures has helped. I find the stories of the past intriguing and relatable to current events. While teaching, I also bring alive historical figures' background stories, key decisions, and influence on important events.I have a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from the University of Texas. Recently, I graduated from the University of Illinois with a master's degree in Education Policy. I earned it while living in Milan, Italy, and recently began pursuing a job in education back in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My hobbies include traveling, reading, and raising my family.
